Teletherapy is available in Oregon and Hawaii.

 

You can schedule therapy appointments flexibly to meet your needs. Some people schedule appointments weekly, while others make 1-2 appointments per month. Others schedule appointments as needed throughout the year. Folks make appointments more often when they need support or dealing with stressful situations and less often when they manage their lives well.

 

Services not available:

  • After-hours access or crisis counseling

  • Therapy with couples, families, and youth (under 21 years old)

  • Assessment and evaluations

  • Professional opinions about relationships, parenting, custody, employment, disability, criminal behavior, mental status, or cognitive functioning.

  • Involvement in legal proceedings

Teletherapy across all the islands

In-person sessions are available in Hilo. My office is at 305 Wailuku Drive  #3, near the downtown post office.

You can schedule therapy appointments flexibly to meet your needs

Appointments are often available from early morning to evening most days of the week, including next-day openings.
